Drawers are widely used in our daily life and we can use them to store different kinds of things. The material is easy to carry. It is becoming more and more popular in modern society.
If you want to produce drawers, you may need drawer molds. and drawer frame to fit the drawer, then add the drawer lid mold. When everything is ready, you get a perfect drawer.
A base mold with raised ribs is placed in an injection mold and injected with molten plastic. During the simultaneous injection of pressurized gas into the mold cavity, the base mold is withdrawn, bubbles are formed between the ribs, and the molten plastic web is pulled out into the reinforcing ribs.
